Lucky Sixpence is all about creating beautiful one-off pieces of jewellery from individual vintage pieces ... turning something old into something new.

With our bespoke service we offer the chance for this to be done with your pieces of jewellery that perhaps you cherish but don’t necessarily wear as they are. We can rework your special piece into a new, unique item that you can wear time and again.

The process would involve us requesting photos of your item/s of jewellery so that we could consult with you how it/they can be worked into something new. We would keep our high standard of work and use silver / gold plated bands, combs or fixings and wire along with Swarovski crystals and pearls in line with your requirements. (Sterling silver can also be used on request.) Where appropriate we can add additional vintage pieces to complement your own piece/s if required. We would send you photos of work in progress so you can see each step of the process and be fully involved in the transformation.

We do a lot of work for weddings and special occasions but this service is aimed at anyone who would like their own vintage brooch, bracelet or necklace to be re-worked into a fashionable, wearable piece to accompany outfits that are worn in the 21st century.
