I craft modern wedding hair accessories and jewellery using authentic vintage components - from heirloom brooches and antique pearls to broken necklaces and missing earrings. These aren’t mere reproductions or vintage-style lookalikes: they contain pieces with genuine history and unique charm.

Why These Designs Can Never Be Remade
Materials are one-off: I source vintage bits from charity shops, antiques markets, car boot sales, local markets, and de-stashing pages online - items that are inherently limited in availability.
Design follows discovery: I let each vintage piece inspire the modern setting, rather than forcing it into a predetermined design.
Ethical by nature: Reusing existing materials embodies sustainability; new production isn’t required.

Light Personalisation - Without Losing the Vintage Magic
Yes, minor tweaks for comfort or fit (like adding a comb or headband to a wrap) are absolutely fine! At times I have completely remade designs using the same vintage elements but a differing wire colour or different beading, but this has been an occasional exception - and the additional time and materials will need to be charged for.
Things I can not control though - the metal work colour of the vintage element. If the base of the vintage design is gold but you want it silver I'm afraid nothing can be done (other that using an alternative wire colour for any beadwork or metal motif additions so you have a mixed metal tone piece.) The vintage elements are what they are - I can not change those.
Prefer more control? We can discuss a fully custom commission using vintage elements that suit your taste but there is no guarantee I can source the vintage materials that would have a similar vibe to ones I have used before. But for these exclusive ready-now pieces, each one stands on its own.
Above - a ready to ship set of 3 combs which one of my clients fell in love with but wanted a headband and a silver headpiece. On this occasion I took the combs apart and remade with silver wire work. The vintage elements had to remain gold but everything else was remade in silver.

I send items special delivery / tracked which will be delivered the next day after shipping. I generally get items that area ready made packaged and sent out within a week.
